Enjoy a refreshing and healthy fruit and yogurt par-fait made with layers of creamy vanilla yogurt, fresh berries, granola, and strawberries. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!"

Ingredients
  • 1 pint of fresh blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • 1 cup of high-quality granola
  • 3 cups of vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries with juice
Instructions

    Start by adding 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt to the bottom of each of 4 tall glasses. In a separate bowl, mix the defrosted strawberries (along with their juice) and fresh berries. Layer the fruit mixture and granola alternately with the yogurt until the glasses are filled to the top. Serve the parfaits immediately to keep the granola crisp.
